All items will ship Priority USPS and prices are based on size and weight. You should receive tracking information after your order. Please understand that once we ship your order we have no control over how long it takes to be delivered, or the deliver process.  All inquiries will have to go through the USPS.  We will not contact the USPS since we have to continue getting products made, and sent out.  

Custom orders are non-refundable unless they are received damaged or broken.
